Dem Minneapolis Mayor Panders to Crowd by Speaking Somali in Re

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey courted favor with a heavily Somali crowd after he was re-elected this week. Frey spoke part of his speech in Somali to thank voters of the city, as the state is home to the largest Somali population in the United States, according to the Minnesota Historical Society Library.
