Snow could be returning to Southwest Michigan this weekend.

National Weather Service meteorologist Nathan Marsili tells us it’s expected to rain Saturday and Sunday, and that rain could turn into snow on Sunday. Will there be lake effect?

“ Looks like a good chance,” Marsili said. “T here’s still some uncertainty on exact favored locations, but confidence continues to increase in lake effect snow there, especially a couple around maybe later Sunday afternoon, early evening, and then period we’re more concerned about is late Sunday night into Monday, where that could have more of a travel impact.”
