Mother of missing 9-year-old girl arrested on unrelated charges

Seen on video is the arrest of the mother of Melodee Buzzard, the California girl who has been missing since early October. Police say the arrest is unrelated to Melodee’s disappearance. NBC News’ Steve Patterson reports.
