WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) -- A fire that causes no fatalities or serious injuries would not normally be investigated by the local fire department and police department, but that's exactly what happened at a house fire in Waterbury Friday morning.
Official details regarding why the city's police and fire departments are both involved in the investigation have not yet been released, but News 8 saw a constant police presence at the scene throughout the day.
