Leeds High School is expanding its sports offerings with the introduction of an e-sports team, providing students with new opportunities for involvement and skill development.
Assistant Coach Jack Tipton, a former player turned coach, emphasized the inclusivity of e-sports, saying, "There are so many skills you can learn from it and it's so much more than just playing a video game."
Tipton noted that e-sports is less physical and more mental, providing more students the opportunity to get involved without fear.
