RICE LAKE, Wis. (WFRV) - A 60-year-old Wisconsin woman who was reported missing on Monday night has been found dead, police reported on Friday afternoon.
According to the Rice Lake Police Department, Toni Peterson was reported missing from her apartment at 7:10 p.m. on November 3, with letters addressed to family members that left officials and her loved ones concerned.
Her phone was also reportedly left behind at the apartment. Officials say her car was recognized by license plate readers in the morning on Monday, November 3, with the latest time at 10:59.
According to a release, Toni was found dead in Ashland around 1 p.m. on Friday. No foul play is suspected at this time; however, officials are investigating.
