LOUISVILLE, Ky. — For days, the Louisville community has come together in the wake of absolute tragedy.
At least 13 people were killed when a UPS cargo plane crashed Tuesday just south of Louisville's international airport. A community vigil was held Thursday night to honor those impacted by the crash .
Now the community is wrapping its arms around those who must sift through the charred rubble to learn what happened and how to prevent future tragedies.
In an exclusive interview with WHAS11, Todd Inman, an Owensboro-native and member of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), said his team found a heartfelt gift in their hotel on Friday.
