A mother from New Jersey is outraged and suing her daughter’s former school district after a teacher allegedly posted a social media video of the child appearing to say an anti-gay slur.

The child, who gets special services to help with her speech, was a 3rd grader at Lindbergh Elementary School in Palisades Park when her mother says a classroom instructor recorded the student with a cellphone and prompted her to pronounce “4 – Q – K.”

“Now she does have like a little speech impediment, so it sounds like she’s saying ‘F you gay,’” the child’s mother said.

Rosemarie Arnold, one of the attorneys representing the student, says the video was intended to attract cheap laughs at a child’s expense.

“Their duty was to teach her. And instead, they exploited her. They embarrassed her,” Arnold sa
