BOLT, WV (WVNS) - The unsolved disappearance of a Wyoming County man has puzzled investigators for over 60 years. But a new lead could bring the family one step closer to closure.

Sgt. James Lee Haynes was last seen hitchhiking to Saulsville from Baltimore to visit his parents for the holidays in 1963. Though foul play was suspected and several suspects were identified, a conviction was never secured. The disappearance has since become the stuff of local legend. "I was raised in this area.
