SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A structure fire broke out in a residential building on Telegraph Hill near the intersection of Vallejo and Montgomery streets Friday evening.

Firefighters with the San Francisco fire department are actively battling the blaze. The fire is burning near the picturesque Vallejo steps.
