HOUSTON – Houston Police say six theft suspects ran away from officers during a traffic stop in The Heights, leaving a baby behind.

It happened in the 100 block of E. 4th Street, near Heights Blvd.

Police say they pulled over a suspect vehicle in a theft case. The vehicle stopped and six suspects got out of the vehicle and ran, leaving the baby behind.

Four of the suspects were caught and are in custody. Police are looking for the other two.

Sources confirm to KPRC 2 the group is suspected of stealing items from a Lululemon store.
