The world of anime is no further than Ontario this weekend.
The fourth annual Anime Expo Chibi began Friday, Nov. 7, at the Ontario Convention Center and runs through Sunday, Nov. 9.
The event showcases Japanese and Japanese American pop culture, art, fandoms, food, and is expected to draw guests from across the nation, organizers said.
More than 200 exhibitors are selling anime, manga, merchandise and collectibles.
Panels, workshops, autograph sessions and live performances feature Japanese talent and culture, from taiko drumming and character cosplay, to pop idols in entertainment and longsword demonstrations.
