One of the state’s top athletes in the long and triple jump events will be headed to The Keystone State.
On Friday night, Jesuit’s Iman Foster announced her verbal commitment to Pittsburgh.
Foster is a one-time Class 6A state champion and a three-time state placer in track and field.
She won the state title in the triple jump last spring with a winning distance of 39 feet, 6.75 inches. The last two years, Foster has been the runner-up in the long jump.
Foster’s career best of 40-11 in the triple jump is No. 2 in state history. The state record of 41-2.25 was set in 2024 by McDaniel’s Maleigha Canaday-Elliott.
