Two Militants Killed as Army Thwarts Infiltration in Kupwara

The encounter erupted when troops intercepted suspicious movement along the Line of Control. Following a brief exchange of fire, two militants were eliminated.

In a post on X, the Chinar Corps of the Indian Army confirmed the operation, stating: “OP PIMPLE, Keran, Kupwara.

Two terrorists have been neutralised by security forces in the ongoing operation. Search of the area is in progress.”
