Milly Alcock and Toni Collette unite for the upcoming survival film, Hot Mother . The thriller is written and directed by Lucy Knox, who was also responsible for a 2020 short film of the same name.

Hot Mother follows a daughter who goes to a spa with her mom to reconnect with each other. However, their relaxing getaway becomes a nightmare when they get locked in a sauna with no way out and no one around to rescue them. The mother-daughter duo must figure out a way to escape before it's too late.

Hot Mother will be produced by Alex Coco, who was one of the producers of the Academy Award-winning film, Anora , and Carver Films. Along with starring in the movie, Collette will also serve as an executive producer through her company, Vocab Films.
