A Morgan State field-goal try missed as time ran out and Delaware State escaped Hughes Stadium in Baltimore with a 14-12 MEAC football win over the Bears in a nationally televised game Nov. 7.

Alex Amaya had earlier hit 19- and 37-yard field goals for the Bears but his game-winning 45-yard attempt sailed wide.
