Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) [India], November 8 (ANI): In a significant step towards expanding India's modern rail infrastructure, Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off four new Vande Bharat Express trains from Varanasi , Uttar Pradesh, on Saturday.
