PUNE: Officiating joint sub-registrar (class II), Haveli IV, A P Fulaware on Friday wrote to Amadea Enterprises LLP partner Digvijay Patil seeking payment of full stamp duty of Rs 21 crore along with penalty applicable as per law, before re-submitting a cancellation deed regarding the 40-acre Mundhwa land parcel deal. Deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar's son, Parth, is the other partner in the firm. The joint sub registrar's letter came after the company on Friday submitted a cancellation deed on the grounds that the data centre project it proposed to set up on the land has been scrapped.
