A group of passengers singing Assamese songs on a train got into a tense altercation with a Railway Protection Force (RPF) jawan, and the video of it is now circulating online. The incident was recorded by one of the travellers and shows passengers questioning the officer’s instructions during their journey.
According to the Instagram page The Truth India, the incident took place on the Awadh Assam Express train when the group was enjoying songs of late singer Zubeen Garg and performing the traditional “Naam" while travelling for a cultural program. The video shows an interaction with an RPF jawan identified as Roushan Kumar, who allegedly asked the passengers to stop singing.
