Enzo Maresca has been left to contend with yet more injury problems ahead of Chelsea ’s game against Wolves tonight.

Maresca says he is waiting to find out the severity of Romeo Lavia’s quadricep injury after he was taken off just eight minutes into the Blues’ 2-2 draw with Qarabag.
