Two connected office buildings in Jackson Township sold for $7.55 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.

Dale Investments Ohio Holdings LLC, which has a California mailing address, purchased the commercial parcels at 4506 Stephen Circle NW and 4535 Dressler Road NW from Commonwealth Management Ltd.
