Mural artist defends new work in Carrickfergus after criticism over ‘aggressive depiction of horrors of war’

Painted by Dan Kitchener, well-known for his colourful, rainy streetscape scenes in Belfast, ‘Rangers Lead The Way’ is dedicated to the US 1st Rangers Battalion, which was formed in the town during World War Two.
