Stars are cutting out the mystery of going under the knife and revealing their plastic surgery procedures .

Take Simone Biles , for instance, who recently shared the amount of work she's had done.

"I’ve had three plastic surgeries ," the Olympic gymnast confirmed in an Oct. 30 TikTok , "and two of them you would never be able to tell."

As for what those surgeries were, Simone hinted in the comments she had a breast augmentation—which she signaled with a pair of cherries emoji—and detailed her decision to undergo a lower blepharoplasty (a.k.a. a lower eyelid procedure) because she "had THE WORST eye bags" as well as tweaks to her ear lobe after her "earring got ripped out" when she was younger.
