Gov. Shapiro: ‘JD Vance is a total phony’

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro called Vice President JD Vance a “total phony” after Vance pushed back against a federal judge’s order that the Trump administration must fully fund SNAP benefits for November, calling it an “absurd ruling.”
