Car crashes into stationary truck on SG Highway; one dead November 08, 2025

Ahmedabad: A deadly accident occurred early this morning at the Thaltej underpass on the busy SG Highway after a car rammed into a stationary truck parked in the middle of the road.

According to the police, the crash took place around 5:30 a.m. when a Kia car traveling toward Iscon Cross Road collided with a stationary Eicher truck from behind. The impact was so powerful that the car’s front portion was completely damaged, and the driver suffered critical injuries on the spot. The injured driver, 23-year-old Aryan Batra, was rushed to Sola Civil Hospital but succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
