A house that sold for $1.2 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in West Orange between Oct. 20 and Nov. 2.

In total, 15 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $743,808. The average price per square foot was $338.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 20 to the week of Nov. 2 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $602K, detached house at 16 Holmes Street

A 1,512-square-foot single-family residence at 16 Holmes Street in West Orange, has been sold. The total purchase price was $602,116, $398 per square foot. The house was built in 1957. The deal was finalized on Sep. 25.
