MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - A chase suspect, who reportedly fired at deputies, is dead after crashing into a McCracken County home on Friday night, November 7.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, a suspect leading deputies on a chase in the Lone Oak area around 8 p.m. shot a gun at deputies multiple times during the chase.
Several rounds reportedly hit the deputies’ vehicles.
The sheriff’s office said the chase ended on the 200 block of Lone Oak Road after the suspect crashed into a home.
The suspect was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
According to the sheriff’s office, no one inside the house was injured and no deputies were injured during the chase.
The name of the suspect or what led to the chase has not been released.
