According to a news release, Sanven Technology has recalled Vevor Baby Swings, a swing marketed for infant sleep that has an incline angle greater than 10 degrees.
This degree of incline angle violates the mandatory safety standard for Infant Sleep Products and the ban on inclined sleepers under the Safe Sleep for Babes Act, posing a deadly suffocation risk, the release states.
The recall date is effective Nov. 6 with approximately 1,020 units affected.
The white/gray swings with a white base have model number BB501K; the white/gray swings with the gray base have model number BB702A; and the black/gray swings with a black base have model number BB005K.
The remedy for the refund would be a full refund from Sanven Technology, and customers are asked to contact them by calling their toll-
