The Bravo star proposed to his girlfriend, Kacie Adkison , on Friday, Nov. 7, presenting her with a 3.16-carat ring.

"Kacie is the biggest spy, she knows everything going on, and we were able to keep it a secret," McBee tells PEOPLE. "It surprised her, and that was the number one thing I wanted."
