A 24-year-old woman recently shared her exhausting work experience at one of India’s top AUM companies on Reddit, revealing the mental and emotional toll of long hours and toxic management. According to her post, she has been working 14-hour days, often including weekends, yet her on-site lead continues to demand responses at all hours.
