Talking to the reporters, Minister Itoo said, “Those who turned our state to UT are responsible for what is happening in Jammu Kashmir currently.”

“As far as the developmental works are concerned, I must say that we are working very hard. We don’t have the same power which we used to have when JK was a state,” she said.
