Ruben Amorim admits that Benjamin Sesko sustained a knee injury during Manchester United 's 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur . The centre-forward came on as a second-half substitute but did not finish the match after going down during the latter stages.
Sesko appeared to pick up the problem after being tackled from behind by Spurs centre-back, Micky van der Ven, while one-on-one with goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario. He stayed down afterwards after play continued in the other half and eventually hobbled down the tunnel.
That left United with ten players on the pitch. They conceded soon after, before eventually equalising in the sixth minute of added time.
