The Pittsburgh Steelers have elevated linebacker Mark Robinson from the practice squad to the active roster to help as a special teamer on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers . This will be his first elevation with the Steelers.

Robinson was cut by the New York Jets on October 21. He joined the team after being signed off the New England Patriots’ practice squad.

Robinson played in three games for the Patriots after being elevated from the practice squad, and seemingly would have been promoted to the 53-man roster before the Jets swooped him and grabbed him.
