SHAMLI/ROHTAK: Four friends from Haryana's Sonipat district were killed late Friday night when their car rammed into a canter on the Panipat-Khatima highway near the Butrada flyover in Shamli, report Sachin Sharma & Sat Singh. Police said the group had set off for Haridwar on an impulse trip to take a holy dip in the Ganga. Around 11pm, halfway into their 215km journey, their car crashed into a truck parked outside a roadside eatery. The victims - Sahil Mor (21), Paramjeet Mor (24), Vivek Mor (22) and Ashish Mor (22) - were residents of Baroda village.
