A house that sold for $1.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in West Windsor between Oct. 6 and Nov. 2.

In total, 32 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past four weeks, with an average price of $956,683, or $390 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of October 6 to the week of Nov. 2 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
