OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a woman last seen in Oklahoma City.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 82-year-old Faye Eades is 4’11″ and 107 pounds.

She was last seen on October 6 on NW Expressway Eastbound from Rockwell Ave in Oklahoma City.

Officials say she is driving a white 2017 Hyundai Accent with an Oklahoma license plate CDX697.
