The Patriots will welcome back some familiar faces for their matchup with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

New England elevated running back D’Ernest Johnson and linebacker Darius Harris from the practice squad on Saturday — adding both players back to the roster after previously elevating the former in Week 9 and the latter in Week 4.

Johnson, 29, will once again serve as the third running back on the depth chart, slotting in behind TreVeyon Henderson and Terrell Jennings while the club eagerly awaits the return of Rhamondre Stevenson . New England utilized him as the secondary option on kick returns (five total snaps) in last week’s victory over the Atlanta Falcons.
