The 1% Club host Lee Mack left gobsmacked by show first just minutes in View 4 Images

Presenter Lee Mack was left stunned during Saturday's episode of The 1% Club (8 November) after an unprecedented moment on the popular ITV quiz show.

The programme, which returned with Mack presenting, challenges 100 contestants with increasingly difficult logic puzzles. Participants start with questions that 90% of the British public answered correctly during the show's research.

They then work their way down to the final puzzle that just 1% successfully solved. In the latest episode, contestant Cormac was knocked out after incorrectly answering the opening question.
