BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — The FAA has ordered air traffic reduced by 10% at 40 major airports across the country, while none of North Dakota's airports were on that list, three of the state's top destinations were: Denver, Minneapolis, and Las Vegas.
Nationwide travelers are seeing cancellations, and North Dakota is seeing its first round. The Williston Airport announced in a social media post that three flights have been cancelled. The airport directly attributed the cancellations to the shutdown.
Williston announced that a Delta flight to Minneapolis scheduled for Sunday has been canceled, and two United Airlines flights to Denver scheduled on Monday have been canceled. Bismarck Airport has also canceled one flight to Minneapolis and has seen a flight from Minneapolis canceled, both fligh
