A boyfriend is being unreasonable about his girlfriend's work.

The woman, a nursing student, explained on Reddit’s “Am I the A------?” forum that he is jealous about her providing care to male patients.

“I am beginning to use the skills I practiced in lab on actual patients now,” she wrote. “When I told him I performed a catheter insertion on a male and told him the procedure, he proceeded to get extremely upset with me.”

She added that her boyfriend then “said some hurtful things
