JAMMU, Nov 8: The 52nd J&K UT Badminton Championships 2025 began today at Badminton Hall, Indoor Sports Complex, MA Stadium Jammu. Organized by the Badminton Association of J&K in collaboration with the J&K Sports Council, the championship features competitions for Seniors (Men & Women), Sub-Junior (U-13 & U-15) and Mini (U-11) categories.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by Nuzhat Gul, Secretary J&K Sports Council, as the chief guest. Prominent attendees included Dr. OD Sharma, Vice President BAI & Chairman BAJK; Arshi Nad, Manager Indoor Complex Jammu; Balbir Singh Jamwal, General Secretary BAJK; DV Sharma, Vice Chairman BAJK; Fayaz Ahmed, Joint Secretary BAJK; KM Ganai, Iftikhar Hussain Wani, Pawanjit Singh, Sukhdev Singh and Preeti Gupta.
