BRIGHTON, Wis. (WFRV) - Two people avoided serious injury early Saturday morning after their vehicle struck an eight-point buck and rolled off the road in Wisconsin.
According to the Kansasville Fire Department, the crash happened around 6:45 a.m. on the 1600 block of County Highway BD in the Town of Brighton. Crews responded to reports of a single-vehicle rollover with two people possibly injured.
When first responders arrived, they found the vehicle about 60 feet off the roadway in a west-side ditch. The car had significant front-end damage, and airbags had deployed after colliding with the large buck.
Despite the severity of the crash, both the driver and passenger were evaluated at the scene and declined hospital transport.
