MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Rich Rodriguez has discussed at length the need for West Virginia to go above and beyond as it pertains to effort if the Mountaineers are to be successful.

Sophomore Curtis Jones Jr. provided quite an example Saturday.

Jones, a bandit who has made his presence felt defensively throughout 2025, assumed double duty Saturday against Colorado and rushed for two touchdowns, including a 4-yard score with 4:15 remaining to help WVU seal a 29-22 victory over the Buffaloes before 55,510 at Milan Puskar Stadium.
