YORK COUNTY, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Law enforcement is investigating a crash that left one person dead and two others hurt in York County on Saturday.
The crash happened on Dobys Bridge Road at River's Edge Road, two miles west of Fort Mill.
Troopers say a 2014 Hyundai was traveling west on Dobys Bridge while a 2017 Hyundai was traveling east when the driver of the 2014 struck the other vehicle.
The two occupants of the 2014 Hyundai were transported to the hospital for their injuries. Officials did not say the extent of their injuries. The driver of the 2017 Hyundai died at the scene.
Police did not say if charges would be filed in this case. The identities of those involved have not been released.
