Two new polls indicate that the race for Ohio governor could be tightening.
In both polls, which were released within weeks of one another, former Ohio Department of Health Director Amy Acton was found to be statistically tied with businessman Vivek Ramaswamy in the race. Advertisement
Acton remains the frontrunner for the Democratic Party's nomination among currently-declared candidates, while Ramaswamy remains the heavy favorite to win the Republican nomination, having recently picked up President Trump's endorsement.
In a head-to-head matchup between the two candidates released by Bowling Green University on Oct. 17, 50% of respondents said that they would vote for Ramaswamy, while 47% of respondents said that they would vote for Acton. This is within the poll's
