The Trump administration on Friday moved to dissolve a preliminary injunction that bars Kilmar Abrego Garcia , a Salvadoran national, from removal, clearing the path for his deportation to Liberia .
Abrego Garcia’s lawyer, Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg, told Newsweek in an email statement, in part, on Saturday evening: “We’ll be filing our opposition to the motion on Friday.”
