SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - Before every Notre Dame game there is tailgating; and there’s always great stories to be told.

Chief Photojournalist Don Schoenfeld not only found a story with a navy connection but also a love connection.

“Met about four years through Facebook,” said Mike Robinson. “Notre dame Facebook page,” said Erica Donati.

“I dressed up in some kind of suit and put it on the face book page and she commented on it,” said Robinson. “I just clicked on her page to kind of see who she was and asked her a question because she is from Memphis, Tennessee and my question was why are you a Notre Dame fan. Went from there and four years later, here we are, season ticket holders....
