The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) on Saturday alleged suspicious activities at an EVM strongroom in Vaishali’s Hajipur district, where the voting took place on November 6 in the first phase of the Bihar assembly elections.

The Tejashwi Yadav-led party posted CCTV footage clips on its X handle, claiming that cameras of different Assembly constituencies were being switched off one by one and that a pickup van was seen entering and leaving the premises late in the night.

In the video, one large CCTV screen appears to be off while the others are on.

“In the strong room in Hajipur, Vaishali district, CCTV cameras from various assembly constituencies are turned off one by one. A pickup van enters and exits at midnight. This is happening," the RJD said in a post on X.
