New Delhi: The Central government has taken a stern view of the massive technical glitch that disrupted operations at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) on Thursday and Friday, delaying over 800 flights and affecting more than one lakh passengers. The Ministry of Civil Aviation has directed the Airports Authority of India (AAI) to immediately upgrade its air traffic systems across major airports to prevent such incidents in the future.
