Arvind SmartSpaces Managing Director Kamal Singal said the company remains on track to achieve around 35% growth in the fiscal year 2025-26 (FY26), despite a 7% decline in pre-sales and a 5% drop in collections in the July-September 2025 quarter.
He said the first half was expected to be softer, with stronger performance projected in the second half. The company plans to add ₹4,000 crore in new projects, taking its total gross development value (GDV) to about ₹14,000 crore by year-end.
